Tres Leches

Something Central America scores on is Tres Leches cake. Of course, not every coffee shop, bakery, and restaurant makes it right, but I found one that did.  I thought about eating it everyday, but I ended up eating it once. The last day I went to get a piece and they had ran out! I asked if they could make some the following morning. She informed me that they only make it on Monday's. They had chocolate kind, but I took no interest in that. What a great piece of cake!!!
