When I think about my one month of traveling I think about the earth and everything that comes from it. The amount of plants, flowers, and natural sources of water, insects, wildlife and all the trees. All the trees and plants producing spices, hollistic remedies, fruits, and vegetables. It is amazing how much can be produced organically just from the fruit of the earth. If I counted all the spices and hollistic treatment and fresh fruits, I would have spent hundreds of dollars in Whole Foods. It's so much nicer with things coming straight from the source. That's definitely the advantage of living in a tropical environment like those living in Central America.
With this said, the Earth gives opportunity for natives to sell from what God has given. These people do not decide between selling DVD players or bananas rather all they have are bananas to sell. The fruit of the earth contributes to their way of living and provides for their families. When a family is having difficulty providing and they have land growing coconuts and mangos-there is God's opening door for them to sell. This selling may provide them with enough money to meet their basic needs of food, shelter, and transportation.
Those who are in villages live off the land creating meals from what God has supplied them with. They may have chickens, vegetables, and fruits and this is what they use to feed themselves everyday. Many times the grocery stores in these countries are expensive and unaffordable for locals. They may shop in a local market for something the need, but their main food comes from the land.
When you see the beauty amongst the land and the amount of God's gifts, one can not deny how much God provides to these people. He provides it because these people are almost always wonderful, wonderful children of God. They don't have enough for themselves, but they would share with you. They would give their shirt off their back, they would give you a ride when they are running low on gas and have no money to fill up, and they would give you a smile when their day has been horrible.
It's the spirit of God's people and thankfully the Earth is providing for these amazing people. The people who we underestimate and do not give the opportunity they fully deserve. These people are the ones that deserve the beauty of God's earth at no price to pay......

Jeremiah 27:5 - I have made the earth, the man and the beast that [are] upon the ground, by my great power and by my outstretched arm, and have given it unto whom it seemed meet unto me.
