It felt like things were just starting and I was leaving, but I made these commitments with permanency in mind. In each and every organization, I left something permanent. I left behind a Behavioral chart targeted for specific kids, new activities for children with behavioral problems, and new ideas for structure and employee satisfaction and motivation.
This was NOT a short term of me playing with kids, taking some photos, and saying "Goodbye." No way. I have worked way too hard over the 15 years to go back to Day 1. Going into an organization, I take a full analysis of staff, children, families, and system in place. Then I work on the weaknesses to build up strengths through motivational encouragement, verbal praise, and creating new activities to excite things.
A teacher in Guatemala told me, "It's not really what you say, but it's an energy you have that makes people happy." It is about a new energy coming in and livening things up giving people the confidence they need and providing empowerment to those who can't find their way back to life.
It's just a open, honest interaction, which is created by my higher power. This is not something that many understand, but the important people do understand it.
Joel Osteen, Deepak Chopra, Bill Hybels, Robert Morris, Oprah Winfrey-these people get it and they say to tune out those who Don't understand or Don't try to support you. These people don't understand what it's like to leave a blessed life, to live a life driven by God, and to be off the socially constructed path. Those people who are haters-forget them and let God be your supporter in life. With little support, I have built my whole life based off the most beautiful spirit and support from up above. Those people that support me are the ones I confide in, look up to, want to make proud, listen to, seek advice, and build learning and connections.
As far three past females I work with, all three of them have understood it and one of them being the Founder of Brain Space(current organization). Each and every time we spoke we had endless conversations about how to improve the educational system, how to get grant approval, next steps for the organization, how to address behavioral/home/cultural problems, and how to get kids/staff enthusiastic and more excited. She always asked my advice and appreciated any feedback I gave her and she always, always gave me the praise I deserve. This praise is not expected, but it's just appreciated. She verbalized how proud she felt with my work performance and accomplishments in short time. It was an open relationship where we had great discussions on how to make things better and she respected and appreciated everything I had to say. When I left we must have hugged each other five times and smiled big at one another.
These types of people inspire me, motivate me, and make me want to be better. I keep them in the back of my mind and it empowers me to keep plowing through the football field knocking down the haters until I hit a touch down.

Bye Bye haters and hello to supporters and lifelong friends.
